Once we receive your unit, we will contact you via your eBay account with a final repair quote. NOTE: your $35 diagnostic DOES count towards your final repair quote. When you approve the quote, we will send you an
invoice directly from eBay where you can pay with confidence!
STEP 2
During repair, all replacement parts and components are tested rigorously to ensure a long-term fix.
STEP 3
Once we successfully repair your unit, we will ship it back to you at no cost!
NOTE:
If we are unable to repair your unit and you do not purchase a refurbished replacement, we will ship the unit to
the listed return address within 5 business days. The $35 diagnostic fee is NOT refundable.
We can fix most issues with this unit! However, if there were a case where a repair was not feasible, we'll gladly
offer you a refurbished replacement unit that comes with a 1-year warranty!
MY RADIO STILL HAS ISSUES!!
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee every repair will be a long-term success. That is why we arm all of our
repairs with a 1-year warranty! Every unit is returned to your home with a secret warranty code so you can
have confidence in your repair.
REPAIR PRICING:
Repair costs vary depending on the issue. We cannot provide an accurate quote until we run diagnostics on
your unit! However, repairing your unit is ALWAYS a more affordable option vs. purchasing a refurbished
replacement or even worse, paying thousands of dollars for a new piece from the manufacturer.
TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUR WARRANTY
If your radio just isn't having it, you'll send it back in for repair. If the second repair is unsuccessful, we'll replace your unit with a refurbished replacement at 40% off sticker price!!
