CONDITION-RETURNS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. CD's all visually graded by consensus at the office & if passages played noted in description (as 'spot played'). Unlike vinyl generally 99% of CD's play perfectly even with small visual rub/marks light scratches so no partial refunds/negotiation on condition opinion/disputes.

If just unhappy you can send it back for a refund in the same condition/packaging as sent, if you're returning because the CD is faulty in some way (rare) and doesn't play, generally a cleaning with a microfiber cloth & warm water, works wonders). We check all returns on our ordinary office player. We're very fair & our customers are happy, please check our feedback.

STANDARD SHIPPING can take anywhere from about 6-14 days. All our domestic shipments have tracking which you can check.

PAYMENT, PAYPAL. Payments need to be received within 4 days after auction close.

SHIPPING/BILLING. We are normally able to ship within one business day of receiving payment. Items paid for Fri will ship Mon.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE...Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost, these fees are the buyers responsibility. Check with your country's customs office prior to bidding or buying.

All reasonable offers we will see & respond to. We do not see low offers as these are under our automatic decline limit.

WRAPPING. We've been selling & shipping items, books, pulps & comics for many years. We wrap in our own tried and tested way fully protected. Other items as appropriate for safe shipping. With respect, we don't follow detailed instructions on wrapping your exact way, admonitions to wrap carefully are unnecessary, you'll be happy. Note our fine feedback on the care we take.
