Lab 10L-100L High Pressure Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor with Lifting Device

FCF series lab magnetic stirred autoclave is a stirring and reacting device, which is used for kinds of chemical materials which are Gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, liquid -solid or gas-liquid-solid three-phase to reactand stir fully under the high pressure, vacuum, high temperature, up to strength mass and heat transfer process. Static sealing structure, Magnetic coupling connection between the agitator and motor drive. Static seal instead of dynamic seals, and thoroughly mixing exchange leakage, the entire media and mixing the components to work completely in the state of absolute seal.

We design and manufacture high pressure stirred autoclave, pressure upto 22Mpa and temperatures up to 350°C in material of SS-304/304L.
High-pressure reactor autoclave is suitable for flammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media and chemical media of strong penetration to stir. It is the best no-leak response for petroleum, chemical, organic synthesis, polymer, food, and another process to vulcanize, fluorite, oxidize.
