Postage: (Please Note: due to the Pandemic, lockdown and other factors postage can be delayed by royal mail) We post (Dispatch) all orders in 1 to 3 working days. If you purchase your items on Friday (Or Thursday after 13:00), Saturday or Sunday, we will post your items on Monday. We can guarantee 1 to 3 days dispatch but we have no control over Royal Mail delays. Postage can also be delayed by Royal mail on busy periods like Xmas, new year, Easter, and Bank holidays etc .

Delays in post: if you have not received your purchase in a reasonable time (5-7 working days) , please let us know and we will try to sort out the problem as soon as possible, we always keep the proof of postage certificate, please let us know if needed for any reason.
