Very Good+ condition. 8 pages. Standard newspaper size 23" by 16 1/2". Crease marks from regular half-fold, and then folded in half again. Light rubbing at half-fold on first page, three small pen marks at top of first page, one inch tear on bottom rear page not affecting the printing, very light yellowing at folds else all pages are crisp and white.
