We understand that sometimes your purchase is not a perfect fit. For that reason, we offer customers the option to return most items purchased within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the following requirements:

 •  Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt

•  Item being returned must be NEW, unworn condition, with all tags attached/adhered to the shoe and box.

•  No damages, no missing crystals, no scratches.

•  Item must not be altered in any way.

SPECIAL CARE IS NEEDED WHEN TRYING ON. We advise that when you try on these shoes upon arrival, do it in a CLEAN, INDOOR AREA LIKE CARPET.  Due to the high quality and price of these shoes, if there is even the slightest mark or scratch on them, or any of the crystals are missing, we will not accept your return, not even a partial refund of any kind.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!! WE WILL RETURN THE SHOES TO YOU AND YOU WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN FEE.
