The artist / author Shannon Wheeler is a New Yorker Magazine cartoonist who illustrated the book, Sh*t My President Says. He also contributes to the Onion, MAD, and Resist!. Wheeler self-published  the Too Much Coffee Man comic-books, and is self-syndicated it to newspapers cartoons and alternative weeklies.  You may also catch Shannon Wheeler, where he occasionally plays an artist on the TV show Portlandia.
