Scarce offprint by William Bradley Coley (1862-1936). Coley was an American bone surgeon and cancer researcher best known for his early contributions to the study of cancer immunotherapy. Modern discoveries and research in immunology have lead to greater appreciation for his work in cancer immunotherapy and his targeted therapy, Coley’s toxins. Today, Coley is recognized as the Father of Cancer Immunotherapy for his contributions to the science.
