Cautions
①It is not suitable to make high-speed operation with no load
②Recommended operation temperature range is from -80℃ to 250℃
③Bearing pressure inside the reactor is from -0.1MPA to 0MPA
④It is suggested to gradually increase temperature and decrease temperature, and the temperature difference of sudden drop is 100℃
