Sadly I am being forced to increase the cost by 0.55 because the USPS (in its infinite wisdom) is holding a gun to my head and demanding an additional $ 0.49 "non-machinable" postage due because the envelope contains coins. This is in spite of the fact that I have shipped more than 1000 of these envelopes all of which have been machinable. This is in addition to the recent stamp price increase in July. it never ends.
