Vintage Schwinn Pulse Meter Model SPM 200 with extras.It powers up.  Has manual, mounting bracket, ear clip and charger.  When I use the ear clip it does not show the pulse so something might be wrong.  The other functions work.   I removed the Ni-cad batteries which were long gone but it works with the power supply.  Shipping is based on actual weight.
