I removed this off a 2006 Bentley flying spur with 5000 miles. The car was not an accident. There is no physical damage that I can see with the headlight It is complete has I removed it from the car. This is a factory item not an aftermarket. I am told this fits on a great many of different types of bentleys.  2nd picture shows the part number. Make sure that this is compatible with your car. It is an excellent working order but I don't want a customer to make a mistake.
