    • If we send the wrong item, Kando will send replace part asap once we get your information and pictures.
    • If customers bought wrong parts, we accept the return within 2 weeks from the date of received package. The returned package must be under brand new condition. 20% restocking fee will be applied and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

    • We offer the original purchaser a warranty for the repair or replacement of their kinugawa turbocharger for
      a period of up to one year from the date of the purchase.
    • The warranty only covers the turbocharger for faulty workmanship or components. It does not extend to 
      turbochargers that are damaged due to misuse of fitting or operation. 
    • The unit for a warranty must be returned to kinugawa turbo service center. And the purchaser pays the return shipping fee.
