This Regulator was labeled NEW just not in it's factory Box.(It was stored on an open shelf in a dirty Warehouse for years).Our Savings will be passed onto you. The Inlet Max. Pressure is 3000 Psi and Regulated Pressure of 0-30 psi outlet Gauge and there is a Gas On/Off Valve (Gauges are 4000psi and 60psi but this Regulator is designed for 3000 and 0-30).  Look this regulator over and do any research you need to make sure this is right for you.
