We purchased Many New and some used Regulators from a Business Closing sale. This Regulator was labeled NEW just not in it's factory Box. Our Savings will be passed onto you. The 0-60 psi outlet Gauge has a little tape residue on it(That should clean off or buff or leave it alone, hardly visible)  Look this regulator over and do any research you need to make sure this is right for you.
