TBS Leather Small Folding Knife Belt Pouch with Firesteel Loop

TBS Leatherwork has been extremely popular and, as such, we are making more and more different products.

This Belt Pouch is designed for the TBS EDC Pocket Knife but will suit all manner of folding knives up to 100mm (4") total length. It is made, again, from top quality materials to a high standard and will fit on a 55mm (2.25") width belt. It is both stitched and riveted for maximum wear resistance.

This belt pouch is designed to be a full cover type belt pouch to hold a knife with or without the press stud. This is a design feature to ensure that you do not lose your knife on the move and, as such, each pouch will be very close fitting. The pouch will "break in" and soften over time like any good pair of boots and we find that the attachment of a lanyard to the lanyard hole of the handle of a knife is a good addition to aid in removing the knife from the pouch.

This new variant of the pouch now benfits from the addition of a Firesteel loop allowing you to carry a TBS Firesteel or similar size. It has become very commonplace to carry a firetseel on a fixed blade knife sheath so why not with your favourite folder?

Obviously different makes of knives are different sizes but whatever knife you have it is deliberately designed to be a deep pouch.

Perfect for your favorite Every Day Carry knife.

TBS Army Firesteel

The TBS Firesteel is, quite simply, a brilliant product. I know there about a thousand different types on the market today but I honestly believe that you cannot get more bang for your buck than our Army size Firesteel.

The very latest model of our firesteel now comes with a painted wooden handle as we are trying to go as plastic free as possible. There is now a choice of strikers you can have with your Firesteel, our standard one or the fantastic TBS Stoat Multitool.

Naturally we have cut out the 10 middlemen taking their slice and gone direct to the manufacturer making this Firesteel unbelievable value. It is an "Army" sized firesteel making it 9mm thick and will give you approximately 6000-8000 strikes.

Using the striker it gives off a massive shower of white hot sparks thanks to the addition of just little more of the combustible metals. After using quite a few different products we were suitably impressed with this model and I really liked the fact that there was no faff and flash, just a simple steel with a great striker.

I know a lot of people will automatically use the back of their knife but you really can't get better than a dedicated striker and this one just works. You can either use the side or the curved tip to get a brilliant result and it has the added bonus of having a measuring scale (ideal as a roamer for maps) and a Bottle opener that doubles as a hex nut spanner.

An unbelievably great value firesteel for the great outdoors. There is now a "Fatboy" version of this firesteel available in store.
