Important note to buyers: If your item has not arrived it may be delayed BUT after 5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) following notification of "item dispatched" you need to contact us straight away.
Beyond 14 days buyers should notify us immediately of any problems with the order. Please do not wait 3 months or beyond and expect us to track items for you. After 1 week postage labels will be cancelled automatically by companies and tracking will no longer work. Be responsible and keep us informed of any problems as early as possible.
