Payment
 
We accept the following forms of payment: Pay Pal, Credit Cards over the phone (Visa or Mastercard), or E-check through Pay Pal. We do not ship C.O.D. Items will only be shipped when an E-Check payment has been confirmed and not pending. A Credit Card Purchase is only shipped when the money is transferred from the Credit Card Processing Company to our banking account. Payment is mandatory within 5 business days of purchase. A non-paying bidder case will automatically be initiated after this time. Please contact us prior to this if there is a payment issue.    

 

Shipment
 
Packages will be shipped via UPS ground, FED EX ground, or USPS priority mail. UPS/FEDEX WILL not ship to P.O. boxes.  If special shipping requirements are needed this will be done on a case by case basis. All items except freight will generally be shipped within one business day of payment. All tracking information will be uploaded once items are picked up. It is not our standard practice to ship outside of North America, but special arrangements can be made. All Canadian purchases are shipped with UPS standard international ground. Under certain cases USPS shipping to Canada is available. We can also ship packages using purchasers shipping account through FED EX or UPS the Purchaser has to supply the account information and a handling fee will apply.

 Buyer will pay actual shipping & handling costs which will be calculated at the end of the auction. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer We combine shipping where possible. Please contact us prior to sale for an accurate shipping quote. We will need your zip code and whether  business or residential delivery is required.

 We do not ship international freight, except to Canada.

All items besides freight are shipped insured. The insurance is included in the shipping price. Freight insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. If a package is received damaged the purchaser must keep all original boxes and packing, because these items may have to be viewed by the carrier for the insurance claim. We box all items in a single wall box with bubble wrap and/or paper packing. If you are worried about an item being damaged in shipping please contact us and make special packing arrangements.

Buyers may arrange their own Freight/Local Pickup. Palletizing costs for freight items will be charged. Items not picked up within 30 days after payment received will become property of Northern Computers Inc.
