Sie eignen sich zur Therapie und Stimulation der Priopriozeption, Selbstwahrnehmung, Entspannung und Konzentration beim Training. Sie sind ästhetisch und funktional. Die Westen bestehen aus Cord, sie sind innen mit Bündchen ausgestattet, die die Anpassung an den Körper erleichtern.
Die Taschen mit Gewichten sind in aufklappbaren Taschen an der Innenseite der Weste untergebracht.
