It will prove very helpful when working with decals that have been immersed in water for too long. Its use is very simple: just apply the right amount of it to the surface on which the decal is to be applied. Then, with a wet finger or a cotton stick slightly soaked in water, slide it onto the prepared surface of the model, and wipe off the excess water or liquid - for example with a tissue.
