CONDITION: Grading figurines and/or their boxes is very subjective and I am not an expert in any field. I am very picky but your opinion may differ from mine. For collectors, box condition is very important. I will give you my opinion and will try to post enough pictures for you to make your own decision on the condition of the box. I try to list everything that I see as far as flaws, scratches, dents, tears, etc. I strive to post pictures from several angles so that you can see exactly what you will be receiving with the item and the box.
SHIPPING: We ship all orders within 1 business day of payment. We ship USPS First Class for all items weighing 15 ounces or less. Over 15 ounces we ship USPS Parcel Select Ground. We ship Monday-Friday. Please keep in mind any federal holidays that may be observed by the USPS at the time of your order which could delay the shipping process with USPS. Please note that we have no control over how long USPS takes to deliver your package once they are in possession of the package. We only ship to the lower 48 US states. We do not ship international.
We package every item very carefully and ship in sturdy boxes. We never ship our packages in padded envelopes.
RETURNS: We will gladly accept returns on items that are not in the condition stated in the description. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
