99% of listings are ‘buy now’. Therefore payment is immediate. If a listing is for auction please pay as soon as possible after winning, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
Shipping
We offer FREE domestic shipping on some orders! We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for international orders.
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expected to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class), two to three days (for orders sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class).
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, then we are responsible and will issue a full refund or replacement if in stock.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not and in stock.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any new product you return must be in the same unused condition the buyer received it in and in the original packaging. Any used items must be returned in their original state of sale and in the original packaging. Please keep the packing slip as proof of purchase.
