To assure the highest quality resale product for our customers, Durable Goods Resale uses a combination of tamper proof serialized stickers, tamper detection markers, and permanent adhesive sealed plastic bags. These quality assurance protocols are necessary for establishing if a returned item has been tampered with or opened. Upon receipt of your returned item, Durable Goods Resale will issue a credit (within 48 hours) covering the value of your returned item less returned condition of item.

To significantly increase the value of your return, item must be returned in original condition (new in package, or sealed plastic bag(s), or open retail box if applicable) with no evidence of tampering, and match condition shown in ALL item listing photos. Opening an item sealed in a plastic bag, or tampering with stickers, or compromising tamper detection markers on item will be treated as “opening” the item.

Durable Goods Resale reserves the right to reduce the value of your return by the maximum percentage allowed by eBay.

• 0% deducted if returned item is in same condition and matches ALL listing photos
• 10% deducted if returned item is in same condition but opened (plastic bags have been opened, or evidence of tampering with stickers, or tamper detection markers have been compromised)
• 30% deducted if returned item shows some signs of use

Proof of Purchase:

White 1” OD round serialized traceability sticker(s) will be attached to your item. A sample serial number “####” (or actual serial number) will be clearly visible in photos. Proof of attached serialization sticker(s), tamper evident stickers, or tamper detection markers to your purchased item is required when a return is processed. Please do not remove or alter any attached serialization sticker(s), tamper evident sticker(s), or tamper detection marker(s) as this will significantly reduce the value of your return. To open an item sealed in a plastic bag or with a serialization sticker, carefully cut the bag or sticker.

Proof of Delivery:

"Delivery Confirmation Receipt" means that the package has been delivered to the address you provided.
