Flat postage rule applies adding $1.00 for each additional item sent in the same package as weight adjustments will increase our costs. Wait for or request an invoice if not automatically applied. Please note that if you've duplicated postage with more than one order on the day we will put the items in the one package (unless you specify beforehand that they be sent separately) and we'll refund as per our automated postage rules above. Orders are sent out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday around 2 pm SA time and we'll try to ensure any order placed just prior to those times will be included on the day.

NOTE A CHANGE TO OUR POSTAGE OPTIONS. Our preferred postage option will now be for coins to be sent as Registered Mail (requiring signature) in an AusPost tough bag, rigid mailer or padded mailer with further corrugated cardboard or jiffylite protection. This keeps postage costs down, and has always proved to be very safe and reliable in the past while ensuring full coin protection. When compared to regular mail satchels/boxes this can take off one or even two days delivery time. Any order totalling above $600 will go Express Post with signature instead. The Express Post satchel/box option for smaller orders is also available to those that want items quickly. Although we can't guarantee it, we'll attempt to get any Express Post orders to the post office on the same day providing we can catch their last pick up for the day.

We have now made these coins available for all international customers. Postage starts at a flat AU$35 for a single coin worldwide and we will combine postage but add AU$1 for each additional coin included. We will refund $10 of the postage cost to NZ customers if requested. If you have problems with combining postage please contact us and we will rectify it at this end. Signature on delivery will be included for three ounces or more at no additional cost. Australia Post does have some restrictions where there are a few countries that they will not ship to at the present time. 

NOTE: We ask that any single order going overseas is no more than 8 ounces to keep the weight under 500 gram and allow for the best of packaging. We will likely refuse orders of higher quantities. Any import duties, tariffs, taxes and other charges depending upon the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. 

USA buyers please NOTE: We are only willing to ship a single 1oz coin in any individual order because of tariffs due to AusPost’s automated system demanding 10% of the sales price plus fees unless processed as a gift totalling under US$100. With such tight margins on recent mintages this makes shipments to the USA uneconomical for us. Please contact us beforehand and we will see if there’s a better way to ship more than a single ounce.
