This item is used. It was tested, and works great for the most part.
The music plays, and all the mice move, but the telephone does not go up and down. Seems to be a common issue for this particular model.
A little dusty from storage.
The box has minor/normal shelf wear from storage over the years, nothing major or noticeable. No paperwork.
