Vintage Bernard Perris Paris 100% Silk Black Dress. Wide straps that cross in the back. Slits on side / back where straps cross. Front part of dress has a diagonal slit. Dress has a pocket on each side.

Like New condition. Tag is somewhat difficult to read, but here is my best guess (also pictured):
