We do our best to accurately describe the items that we are selling. If you have any questions or problems with your transactions please contact us as we strive for customer satisfaction. Please read description in its entirety before bidding/purchasing. Items are sold as is. Please ask any questions before purchasing item(s). 

SHIPPING:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and tariffs.   There will be no refunds for refused shipments.  Please note that shipping charges are estimated and do not take into account multiples oversized packages or insurance.  We estimate shipping costs in order to keep shipping cost as minimal as possible.  Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added when your order is processed.  If there is a significant increase in shipping, your order will be held and you will be contacted. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.  If needing special shipping services please contact us prior to purchasing / bidding on the item. 

FREIGHT ITEMS:
Please DO NOT pay for freight items until freight charges have been added to the invoice. EBay will not automatically charge you freight. To get a freight quote, send us a message through eBay. To get a freight quote we will need to know the following:

1. Will this be shipped to a commercial or residential address
2. Will there be a dock or forklift
3. Your full shipping address
4. Your phone number and business name

If you would like to set up your own freight, we will palletize after payment is received and send you weights and dimensions. The buyer will then be responsible for scheduling the pickup and sending us the BOL. Please make sure that we have the BOL BEFORE the truck gets here to pick up the freight.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Prefer to pick it up yourself? You are welcome to do so, by appointment. We will load it free of charge.
