Before Returning any product please contact us through the eBay for full instructions. If buyer feel that the item they have purchased is not fit for purpose, they are welcome to return that but the responsibility for the return postage and packing will be on buyer’s responsibility.
All returned goods must be return in their original packaging and unused. We have right to refuse the refund if the goods found used.
In case of faulty item please let us know with-in 7 working days of purchase. Please Do not send the goods without contacting us through eBay messaging Board and we will provide you the free postage label to return and will send the replacement.
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 30 working days after the day you receive the item.
When you return your item, please ensure it is well wrapped and insured for transit, as we cannot accept receipt of a damaged item
All orders will be dispatched within one working day after receiving payment. We use Royal Mail, Hermes, FedEx, DX, and other reputable couriers, offering 1 to 2 day delivery service based on the item size and price.
For same-day dispatch, please place your order before 9 am. Note that our standard postage and packaging (P&P) applies only to Mainland UK.
Our standard delivery charge does not cover some areas of Scotland or regions requiring water crossings. While we strive to send your item without additional charges, larger items that require a courier are not included in standard delivery. Please check the postcode list before making a purchase.
If you are in an area outside the standard delivery zone, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your money. Please email us before making a purchase so we can inform you of any additional postage charges.
Items larger than 1.2 meters take 5-7 working days for delivery. If you have not received your item after this period, please contact us.
