Payment Information

We accept payment by PayPal only.

PayPal gives buyers the option to check out using a debit or credit card without having a PayPal account.

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. An unpaid item report will be filed if payment is not received by the 7th day.

All of our products are stocked in the UK and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. (Except weekends and holidays)

Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay.

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors.

It's eBay which give you the estimated delivery, not the seller.

We strongly recommend to use Signed for, or Tracked postage service.

These charges are buyer's responsibility.
  Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns Information

We offer a 30-day no hassle return policy for any product purchased from us. All we ask is that the product is returned in excellent condition.

All return postage must be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Warranty

We offer 6 months warranty from the item receiving date. A customer has a right to free repairs or replacement.

Faulty Products

We don't offer a refund if:
Buyers have damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it. Also If battery is discharged we do not provide any warranty on installed batteries.

If you have a faulty product please contact us before returning your order. The fault may be something we can fix by providing remote support.

All returned faulty items will be inspected and tested again. If we find item not faulty, buyer's abuse return policy report will be filed. eBay buyer's user ID will be blocked.

Please take into consideration before choosing return reason such as like:
*Item doesn't work or defective.
*Item doesn't match description or photos.

There can be many reasons why the item is not working which are:
Incompatibility issues (incorrect coding or frequency);
Lack of programming experience;
No access to receiver (if required);
Battery is too weak for your original remote control (low voltage).
