Instruction manual of using a Gum Shield

1.Put the gum Shield into about 70 degree hot water of about 30 seconds to make it soft.

2.Carefully place the mouth guard of upper teeth, press onto and ground upper teeth. Bite down hard and suck in strongly. Continue to suck and use fingers to press edges of gum Shield into teeth and gum line on the outside of lips and cheeks for 30 seconds.

3.Remove and place in cold water for 30 seconds. The mouthguard will have best retention once it cools and sets for several hours.

4.Place back into mouth and test a good, firm fit. If it fits inaccurate, please do again as the above steps.
