The actual statue is 3.28 meters high (with its wings) and 5.58 meters high with the marble bow of the ship on which it is located today. It was designed to honor of Goddess Niki. It was dedicated to a temple of Samothrace and dates between 220 and 190 BC. Niki of Samothrace is handmade statue of alabaster. It rests on a base with the name of the statue carved. Height 20 cm (7.87 inches), Width 11 cm (4.33 inches)
