The stamped center is probably for 1940.Looks the same as earlier years with clipped in logo. Last 4 photos show examples of these Deluxe hubcaps on cars. Probably will fit earlier cars with 16" wheels. center mounting ring in back 7 1/2" Verall Diameter 15"
