This nostalgic LAS VEGAS souvenir is quite heavy.  It was either made from a heavy wood or it might be thick plaster.  The raised images are all hand painted and very detailed. Please zoom in on the photos to check out the items pictured on the plaque.

  

The plaque measures 8" in diameter and 3/4" high at the rim and has no manufacturer's mark or sticker.
