Being made out of cast iron makes this Cooking Iron robust but quickly transfers the maximum heat to where it is needed.

The long reach handle keeps you away from the heat and the wooden handle insulates.

The shell shaped body neatly accommodates the food allowing the hinged top and bottom to close tightly,thereby keeping to a minimum the amount of smoke that can get to the food.
