Please allow 15 days to pass after your item has been despatched for Royal Mail to investigate your item. Due to Covid some areas in UK will see delays in parcels arriving. Returns
If you are not completely happy with your item please message us and we will respond. Please note we will not refund for the white colour due to stain marks as we have indicated in the description. We do not guarantee stitching come apart due to mis use of the item or that for any reason beyond our control.
Any issues with the item must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item via ebay message with photo proof and we will either offer a discount of full refund.
