WDF is a constant temperature reset, used in the ice compartment of the refrigerator, and is designed to be turned on at a temperature above 0 degrees.

The characteristics of the three adjusting screws on the thermostat are as follows:
 1. Temperature range adjustment screw: The countersunk head of this screw is hung on the housing of the thermostat.
 
 When this screw is adjusted, the control temperature of startup and shutdown will change at the same time.
 
 When adjusting counterclockwise, the opening and stopping temperature points controlled by the thermostat will decrease at the same time.
 
 From the perspective of phenomenon, it is easy to turn on the refrigerator but not easy to stop; when adjusted clockwise, the opening and stopping temperature points rise at the same time , Phenomenally, it is easy to stop but not easy to start.
 
 This adjustment screw only needs to be adjusted when the boot temperature is abnormal.
 
 Generally, do not move it as long as the boot temperature control is normal.
 Because once this screw is adjusted, it may be necessary to readjust the temperature difference adjustment screw.

 
2. Temperature adjustment screw: The countersunk head of this screw is hung on a movable plate in a hole on the thermostat housing, which is easy to distinguish from the temperature range screw.
 When adjusting this screw, the actual effect is the same as that of adjusting the thermostat position.
 
It can only change the shutdown control temperature without affecting the startup control.
 
When this screw is adjusted counterclockwise, it will increase the shutdown temperature control point, that is, it will make it easier for the refrigerator to stop, which is equivalent to reducing the gear position of the thermostat (that is, when the machine cannot be stopped at the original gear position, Adjusting this screw counterclockwise may cause the refrigerator to stop); when adjusting it clockwise, it is equivalent to increasing the thermostat gear and lowering the shutdown temperature control point.
 
If the refrigerator is too easy to shut down and the cooling effect is not ideal, you can adjust this screw clockwise, which can extend the working time of the refrigerator and make the temperature drop lower before shutting down.
 
If the refrigeration condition of the refrigerator can be basically normal, and the start-up time is too long or does not stop at all, you can adjust the temperature difference adjustment screw counterclockwise to make the refrigerator stop normally.
 (Unless the electrical contacts of the thermostat are stuck together, or the fixing of the temperature sensor of the thermostat is loose)

3. Adjusting screw for starting at constant temperature: This screw is located on the electrical switch box of the thermostat.
 
Its main function is to position the moving piece of the switch when it stops.
 
When this screw is adjusted, it will not affect the shutdown temperature, but only change the startup temperature control.
 
When it is adjusted counterclockwise, the start-up temperature will rise and the refrigerator will be turned on later; when it is adjusted clockwise, the start-up temperature will drop and the refrigerator will be turned on earlier.
 
It should be noted that after adjusting this screw, the moving range of the switch's moving piece will be changed at the same time.
 
If the moving range of the moving piece is too small or too large, the switch may not operate normally.
 
The thermostat has been adjusted properly before leaving the factory.
 
If it is not necessary to adjust, try not to adjust the fixed temperature start screw.
 
If you need to adjust the start-up control, try to adjust the temperature range adjustment screw to adjust the start-up control point properly, and then observe whether the shutdown control is normal, if not, adjust the temperature difference adjustment screw to make it normal.
 
When adjusting the thermostat, in addition to the correct selection of the adjustment screw and adjustment direction, the amount of adjustment is very important, and how much should be adjusted is not something that can be said in a word, and it needs to be determined by experience.
 
Therefore, generally do not adjust the amount too much each time during adjustment.
