The last 6 digits of this code are deptictive of the date of manufacturing and packing .The packaging for each skin care, personal care, cosmetic and fragrance product includes a code to indicate the exact manufacturing date.The date on the package is MANUFACTURING DATE ( MFD )  Z 12 .09.2020 . That means PRODUCED AND PACKED ON 12 .09.2020 , it is NOT THE  EXPIRATION DATE. It is good for 3 years from the date of manufacturer. 

You will also see an open jar printed on the packaging. This symbol describes the number of months in which the product must be used .You may see a date as well as a graphic symbol of an open jar on the product.. Therefore, if you see 12M written besides the jar or inside the jar, it means that the product must be used within 12 months of the date of opening the jar.12 months after opened as long as kept in a cool, dry place while being stored.Avon products have a typical shelf life of approximately 3 year.
