Old Hat Dachettes' Designed by Lilly Dache' Inside Rim 6.5" Wear Marks Stains

The hat is old has lots of marks, crease and some stains put there by seller when I tried to clean with a wet cloth. The bands have faded spots, where the color looks bleached, they very is size from less than a 1/8th of an inch to 1/2 an inch in diameter and there is quite a few of them, a lot. Seller tried to wipe away one or two, this created a stain mark around them, these stains may be removed by washing, but the other marks may not be removable. Inside on the label is 3228, this may have something to do with the size. Seller measured the inside rim diameter at 6.5 inches. It looks misshaped.There is some lint and there is some crease. I do not know what the materials are, feels velvety but could be artificial. No smells. Again marks and stains. Will fold and mail in a poly-mailer bag.
