Note: The date printed on our CO² gas cylinder is the date of manufacture (Not the expiry). Providing the cylinder has no corrosion and weighs within +/- 2g of the printed weight, the cylinder is good for 5-10 years for recreational use.
Servicing & Self Inspection
As with all inflatable Life Jackets, it's a legal requirement to service them annually as per the manufactures instructions.
These Inflatable Jackets can be self serviced for the first two years, then they need to be professionally serviced thereafter.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To ready yourself for when fishing authorities check your safety equipment, it is important you have your proof of purchase with you when out boating. The best way to do this is to put a copy of your PFD receipt/invoice inside a sealable bag like a Glad ziplock bag, and then put this in your pfd pocket.
Why do I need to do this? Your legal servicing requirements start from the date of purchase not the manufacturer date. Water Authorities may need to know what date your purchased it.
We can no longer offer Pickups from our Melbourne warehouse.
All winning bids must complete payment before items will be shipped. Please only bid if you intend to actually go through with your purchase. Payment is due within 3 days (72 hours) of successful auction or buy now.
General Returns
Refunds will be processed via the same method as original payment. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund of returned items (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
General returns must be posted back at your own expense.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect please message us first. Depending on the type of error, we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.
If we require the return of the item, we will supply you a special return shipping label (at our expense). Do not return damaged items without this shipping label, as reimbursements will not be given for return postage paid.

If they damage your items, we will replace or refund your item.
Combined Postage
If you want to combine postage on more than one order, please contact us (phone/email) before completing your payment. We will combine your postage and then send you a revised invoice. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Some items/orders can't be delivered to P.O Boxes due to size limits imposed by Australia Post and access restrictions from other couriers.
There is no way to combine shipping costs on items with Free Shipping.
