Agastache rugosa ‘Liquorice White’ / Anise Hyssop

** Approx 100 small seeds**

Hardy herbaceous perennial (RHS H4, hardy to about -10°C)

A good border plant, with clumps of tall creamy white flowers from July to September.  Plants grow to a height of 60-70 cm and attract butterflies and bees into the garden.  The leaves have an attractive liquorice scent when crushed.

Anise Hyssop grows best in full sun to part shade and well-drained soil.  Plants need regular water in summer and well-drained soil to survive the winter.

Sow in spring and summer in a tray of seed compost, keep at 15-20 degrees Celcius and germination starts from two weeks and continues up to about three months.  Can be grown as an annual, in which case sow by March for same year flowering from August.  Sowing instructions and a colour photo are printed on the packet.
