🔄 RETURN POLICY
✔️ Lost Items – If your item is lost due to the carrier or seller's fault, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement.
✔️ Damaged Items – If your order arrives damaged:
- Report within 7 days with photos of the damage and the carrier's note.
- If damage is visible upon delivery, refuse the package and notify us immediately.
- Based on the damage, we may provide a full refund, replacement, or partial refund if you choose to repair the item.
✔️ Restocking Fee – a 20% restocking fee applies to returned non-custom items. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
