This highly polished hand made bamboo box is oval shape. The exterior of the box is hand painted with a single bamboo shoot accented with oversize leaves. The signature of the artist &, separately, the creator of the box can be found left of this decoration. A seam line is visible within the decoration, as well as, in the interior. It dates from the 1960’s.
