Safety Guidelines

·         In Gas ovens, the oven liners need to be placed on the lowest rack.

·         When placing on the lowest rack, to ensure airflow isn’t affected, please ensure the oven liner covers only the oven rack & has a gap between the oven liner and oven wall

·         The oven liner must be trimmed to ensure vents are not covered by the Liner

·         Our liner mat is designed to handle up to 260 degrees Celsius. Using this mat at higher temperatures may result in damage to the mat or BBQ or Oven and reduced quality of food

·         This mat is not designed to come into direct contact with fire

·         Please be aware that when cooking food with high-fat content, fat may need to be cleared from the mat to prevent fat from dripping onto open flames and causing damage. Regularly clean your mat.
