Shipping
1. Items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment received (except weekends and holidays).
2. We only ship to eBay confirmed address. Therefore your eBay address must match your shipping address. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
3. We normally ship items by economy/standard shipping with tracking number except orders from remote area or less than $10. For USA customers, we will ship via speedPAK delivery from China, it normally takes about 7-15 working days. For other customers, we will ship by regular economy/standard service, normally takes about 15 to 35 business days (It may take 35+ business days for remote areas).
4. If you haven't received your order within 35 business days after payment, please feel free to contact us. We will take proper actions to solve the problem for you.
5. Import duties, business taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
1. We provide 30 days money back or replacement on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired.
