We accept PayPal as our primary payment method; in line with EBay terms and conditions.

All payments are expected within 3 days of sale. However, if for any reason you cannot make the payment in time, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

If no communication or payment is received within 5 days the order will be cancelled and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the sales fees.

Orders will normally be posted within 1 working day after confirmation of your payment. Orders are not processed for delivery on weekends and holidays.

As standard all orders will be posted 2nd class, for 1st class and next day delivery requests please contact us for details as additional charges will apply.

If you are not satisfied with the product we have a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding postage). All items must be returned in line with our terms and conditions to qualify for a refund.
