Shipping Process:

• All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and bank holidays
• The estimated standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.
• If you need fast shipping (24-hour service) - please contact us before placing an order.
• If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing a bid or purchasing Products.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery and, where necessary, to transport the Product from the kerbside into your property. If you fail to accept delivery and the Product is returned to us you will be responsible for any return charges imposed by the courier.
               

Returns Process:

1. You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.
 
2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within  14 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 14 days for a full refund.
 
3. Afterwards, please re-package the items safely and appropriately for transit and include a note stating the reason for return.
 
4. All items are returned at your own risk. In the event of a returned item being lost we will require proof of postage. Please keep any postage receipts or post via recorded delivery to avoid any problems. 
                                            

PRICE AND PAYMENT

• The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted in the listing.
• We accept payment by PayPal. Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction ending or your making a purchase by clicking on Buy it Now, unless stated otherwise.
               

EBAY POLICIES

• Please note that the sale and purchase of Products through our eBay store is subject to eBay’s User Agreement and to the various policies which eBay has in force from time to time which bind both us and you and are designed to ensure that goods can be brought and sold confidently in a safe and fair environment. It is our policy to co-operate fully with the eBay User Agreement and policies and by entering into a contract with us you indicate your willingness to do likewise.
               

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
- WHAT TO DO IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND -

• If you change your mind about a purchase made through our eBay store, you may cancel the contract at any time beginning on the date on which the contract between us is formed and ending seven working days after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 6 below).
• To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable (no more than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel the contract) and at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right of action against you for compensation.
 
• If you change your mind before the product has been delivered to you, please contact us straightaway and, if possible, we will cancel delivery. Please note that because of our fast delivery times this is not always possible. If we are unable to cancel a delivery and you refuse to accept delivery please note that a charge will be imposed by our courier for the return of the items to us and, because you are responsible for bearing the cost of returning any unwanted item to us, this cost will be deducted from your refund. • You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Product which has already been used or damaged or where the packaging or seal has been broken or removed.
