This 8 inch square, flexible and non-stick silicone cake baking mould is a super addition to the kitchen of anyone who likes making either brownies or fudge. For years I've struggled getting fudge out of traditional bakeware moulds and have been burnt on several occasions when pouring boiling water over the base trying to get the stuff to release.

With this mould, it's a breeze. Simply invert and press lightly. Out pops a big slab of fudge! This mould is also deep enough that you can make a double layered fudge with one batch poured directly on top of another.

Our daily use silicone moulds are made from black silicone to be in-keeping with traditional bakeware tins and trays. They're heavier duty than most of the silicone moulds you can buy.

The point of silicone though is it's easy-release properties and the fact that it's flexible. You do need to use them on a baking tray in the oven as they should never be lifted when full without support.

Try pouring a two tone cakes (and marbelising the two colours together with a skewer). Ideal for baking cakes, making jellies, pates, mousses and ice too !!
