Madrid Studio Classics Black & White Herringbone Pant Suit Women's Size 40 Spain

You are looking at a very nice quality and authentic Studio Classics Madrid Collection pant suit.
It is black and white and has a classic herringbone pattern. 
The white is very toned down, almost looks gray. 
The blazer has a notched collar, button-down front with two black buttons,
two front pockets with flaps, and 3/4 sleeves with three black buttons, light shoulder pads,
and a black faux fur removable collar wrap that buttons into place.
Spain size 40. I don't know what size it would be equivalent to in a US size. 
Maybe a 6-8, S/M. Please review the measurements to be sure of the fit before purchasing.
 
Blazer measures 25" in length (back of neck to hem).
Arm pit to arm pit (across chest): 18".
Shoulder (widest point seam to seam): 17.5".
Waist (approx 7" below arm pit): 16.5".
Sleeves (top of shoulder to cuff): 22".
Under the arm to cuff: 15.5".

The pants have a black zipper with a black button, two front pockets,
and a 3.5" slit at the bottom hem.

Measures 38" in length.
Waist (across top): 14.5".
Hips (approx. 7" below waist): 18.75".
Inseam (inside leg down seam to hem): 27.5".
Rise (crotch seam to top of waist): 11.5".
