These adapter allow Olympic size plates to be fitted into standard 1” bars.

These 45-70mm adapters are suitable for Olympic plates (50mm diameter hole). The plate thickness should be between 45-70mm. Each adapter comes in two interlocking parts which screw together from opposite sides of the plate. Provides a secure, fastened fit once tightened, regardless whether the plate is 45mm or 70mm or any size within this range.
