My boots are brand new right out of the box, overstock, previous seasons, closeouts or pre-production models.  We buy in bulk, so we’re able to offer them to you at great prices. If any imperfections are found, they will be noted in the auction description. My items are 100% Authentic hand picked by myself at the UGG parent company (Deckers Outdoor Inc) and Ugg store.

  • Should you have any problems with the boots contact me within 30 days upon receipt and I won't entertain any request thereafter. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Even if boots are worn only once we will not offer your returns. This is non negotiable.
  • Return shoe must be shipped the way the package was received, if the shoes box was wrapped or box in box, please return the same way. Please do not taped all over the original shoe box or stick the shipping label on the original shoe box and shipped back. If this happened, I will deduct another $10. Return will be full refund minus the original shipping.
